Executive Team Chuck Ros, President Jeff Hayden, VP & Director of Product Management & Professional Services Chuck Breath, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Patrick Caldwell, Director of Research and Development

Chuck Ros, President Chuck Ros has more than 20 years experience developing software, managing technical teams, and building companies. Before becoming President of Emerald Coast Software, he was the CTO of SolutionData and the President of ITWorks. Chuck was also a senior software engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation. He is an expert data warehousing systems architect, an enterprise project manager, and a principle software engineer. As the President of the company, he is responsible for all strategic relationships, leading research and development activities, and all company operations. He holds both a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters in Business Administration from William Carey College. He is a published author, a Rotarian, a member of the Data Warehousing Institute, a former member of the Mississippi Economic Development Council, and a member of the Technology Associations of Georgia. Jeff Hayden, Vice President & Director of Product Management & Professional Services Jeff Hayden has 20 years experience in information technology. Prior to becoming a VP and Director at Emerald Coast Software, he was the principle systems engineer for SolutionData and ITWorks, and he was a senior network engineer for ABN Amro Bank, and for AllState, where he managed the global implementation of Microsoft SMS Server. Jeff's dual role is as the director of Emerald Coast's professional services and consulting staff and as director of Product Management, leading product life cycle efforts for the company's strategic products. Jeff is a co-founder of the company and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He is active in the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, and he is a board member of the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce. Chuck Breath, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Chuck Breath has over 17 years experience in business management and IT. With a finance degree from the University of Mississippi and a MBA from William Carey College, he spent the first part of career as a financial analyst for Lockheed Martin and Sverdrup Technology. He was controller and IT Manager for an insurance third party administrator based in New Orleans and a principle systems consultant for ITWorks. Chuck was the BI Business Development Manager for SolutionData and President of Blue Heron Technology, which specialized in database application development and Geographic Information Systems consulting. Chuck's role with Emerald Coast Software is to lead all business development activities for the company, including establishing strategic partnerships. He has been an active volunteer for the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce and served on the boards of the local youth soccer league and St. Clare Elementary School. Patrick Caldwell, Director of Research and Development Mr. Caldwell, 25, joined the company in July 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer. He quickly demonstrated both great technical skills and leadership talent. Previously, he was a Laboratory Engineer at Duke University Medical Center. He received a Bachelor?s of Psychology from Auburn University in 2002. Mr. Caldwell continued his education at Elon University, where he obtained an MBA with a focus in Management/Information Systems in 2006.
