Jay has over 12 years of experience in Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Emerald Software, Jay managed an HRIS team at a large non-profit agency based in Georgia. Jay also worked in payroll and benefits for ChoicePoint, and spent 2 years at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies. Jay joined the Emerald team as a Senior Consultant in 2007, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Client Services. Currently, as VP of Client Services, Jay is responsible for all client support functions, including professional services, implementations, and ongoing customer support. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Georgia College and State University, and in his senior year Jay was an NCAA All American tennis player and was inducted into the Georgia College & State University Sports Hall of Fame in February of 2009. Jay has been active as a member of IHRIM, the American Payroll Association, and the AeA.
