 Jeff Hayden VP of Services and Product Management
Jeff has more than 20 years experience in information technology. Prior to joining Emerald Software Group,
he was a principle systems engineer
for SolutionData and ITWorks, and he was a senior network engineer for ABN Amro Bank, and for AllState, where he managed the global
implementation of Microsoft SMS Server. Jeff's dual role is as the director of Emerald's professional services and as director of Product
Management, leading product life cycle efforts for the company's strategic products. Jeff is a co-founder of the company and holds a Bachelor
of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He is active in the North Fulton Chamber
of Commerce, the Technology Association of Georgia, and a member of the AeA.
