Emerald Software announces that one of its key customers, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust, has won an award from the Organization Development Network for their deployment and usage of three of Emerald's key human resource process management products.

According to the Organization Development Network's website, www.odnetwork.org, the ODN is an international professional association of organization development practioners, with members from all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, and around the world. The organization's members are committed to advancing the theory and practice of organization development, and often specialize in promoting healthy change in human resources.

The company winning the award was recognized for the use of three of Emerald's products: Onboarding, wherein all employees hired by the 5,000 man firm step through a completely automated and paperless newhire process; Staff Service Request, where managers are given tools to automate processes to ensure that all employees have timely access to the materials they need to conduct their jobs effectively; and Personnel Action Notices, where managers are given tools to ensure the company's policies and practices regarding personnel actions and status changes. All three of the company's products are collectively known as Human Resource Process Management tools and make up the company's core product offering.
