AllegroHR Suite's Offboarding helps you automate and perfect the process of terminating employees, either singly or as a result of
a reduction in force. An automated offboarding process helps to mitigate risk and saves money. Using Emerald's unique business process
management approach to workforce management, you can implement an offboarding process that generates the appropriate SUI and department
of labor forms, union separation forms, and any unique forms you may require. You can integrate with your HRMS and ATS systems, provide
notifications for asset recovery, and integrate with third party partners for outplacement services and training. Emerald offers the
flexibility of representing your offboarding process as either a standalone process or as a component workforce management process using
Emerald's Personnel Change Management product, PAN.

AllegroHR Suite's Requisitioning module, Staff Service Request, allows managers to ensure their employees have the materials they need
to do their jobs, whether those materials are tangibles (desk, chair, computer) or intangibles (network access, email account). Most
vendors offer requisitioning as a tack-on to onboarding; while it's true that there's a flurry of requisitioning activity as an employee
is onboarded, Emerald's approach begins as soon as the position has been created (why not allow your managers to requisition an office
and furniture as soon as the position is identified?), and continues through onboarding and for the lifecycle of the employee (managers
might need to requisition a new computer on the employee's third anniversary). Process centric, Emerald's requisitioning enforces your
review and approval workflow, tracks delivery, and integrates with any system, including IT Identity Management systems.

AllegroHR Suite's Change Management module replaces your infamous "Personnel Change Form" with a completely automated and perfectly
controlled process management system. Managers submit actions-such as terminations, promotions, or updates of employee information-which
subsequently are automatically tracked and moved through a process workflow, reviewed and approved, and changes integrated into backoffice
systems. Unlike so-called "workflow" features that are integrated into your existing human capital applications (application-centric workflow),
the AllegroHR Change Management system is based upon true Business Process Management technology and can easily adapt to any business rule or
process requirement, integrate with any system, and can be deployed to any user and to third party vendors.

AllegroHR Suite's Verification Services extend your business rules and processes to government and third party vendors. Onboarding can integrate
with Department of Homeland Security's e-Verify service, as well as your background and drug testing partners. Managers can requisition background
test on candidates, drug tests on existing employees. Employees being promoted via change management may be required to take a new drug test, or
they may be relocated to a business unit that now requires e-Verify verification. Whether standalone verification services, or those integrated
